Terms and Conditions

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Princess Leslie LLC, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury fragrances. Each product is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure excellence. However, we understand that questions or issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Terms of Return

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
     
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including the perfume box, wrapping, and protective materials).
     
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery for hygiene and authenticity reasons.
     


2. State of Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received, without signs of wear, use, or damage.
     
  • The packaging and bottle seal must remain intact.
     
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
     


3. Reason for Return

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival.
     
  • Incorrect product received (wrong fragrance or size).
     

For any other concerns, please contact our team and we will review your case individually to ensure customer satisfaction.


4. Process for Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@princessleslieluxury.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
     
  2. Include your order number, full name, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged).
     
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.
     
  4. Pack the product securely in its original box with all materials included.
     
  5. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.
     
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
       


5. Process of Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
     
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
     
  • In cases of damaged or incorrect products, full refunds or replacements will be processed at no cost to you.
     


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different fragrance, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
     
  • Products purchased during promotional events or sales (final sale items).
